Senior Citizens visit New Road School
Spring 2007
On March 23, 2007 a group of Senior Citizens from Franklin Township were treated to an Italian lunch served and prepared by our culinary students here at New Road School of Somerset.
The meal was enjoyed by sixteen seniors who could not stop raving about the service and the food. After lunch they were treated to a tour of our school and shopped in the stores on Main Street. The seniors were delighted with the school and the students. They are planning future luncheons and have volunteered their services and skills.
